    Business Rule to include action to initiate workflow

    It would be beneficial to be able to trigger a workflow from a Business Rule. For example, in the Business Rule if the condition is met you could then add an action to fire a workflow the continues a downstream process. Business Process Flows have this ability, but are not always the appropriate place to perform this action. Having the ability to do so from a Business Rule would allow for form dependency versus process dependency.

    In Relevance Search, we need the option to view the records from “latest” to “oldest”.

    In Relevance Search, currently we could list from “oldest” and To “latest” for modified on and created on. However we are missing and need also the option to list from “latest” to “oldest”.

    Annotation cursor hover that shows the created by, created on, modified by, modified on is not working in D365 9.1

    In CRM 2015 version, In the case/record details under Services, there's a box that appeared and shows the created by, created on and last edited by and last edited on. But we don't have the same options when we verify the same in the 9.1.1.914 / DB 9.1.1.914 Issue: The cursor hover that show the created by, created on, modified by, modified on is not working in D365, unlike in CRM 2015 Repro Navigation: -> User create a note in case entity. ->'A different user modified that same note, after the second user finished modify the note, it will automaticaly change the modified by and modified on Ask: The User think this as a very valuable and important features, and they would like to have the feature in D365.

    Pin apps within app launcher

    When using Dynamics365, and clicking on the upper left hand corner ellipsis (square of 9 dots), users should be able to pin and unpin apps to/from the upper "Apps" area. There are currently 14 apps in this space that cannot be changed, and it would be helpful to be able to pin multiple power apps and/or different environment apps to this space.

    Progress bar for downloading large attachments from Timeline control view

    Usability Issue - The screen goes without any update while downloading larger attachments of Notes/Emails from Timeline control. Suggestion - Implement a progress bar or any kind of "downloading attachment..." indication for users from Timeline Control which is useful when trying to download larger attachments from Timeline control. Currently, the system doesn’t show any message, notification, or process bar to let users know about the long-running task from Timeline control. If you try to download the same attachment from the email form, the system does show a notification bar of “downloading attachment…”. Is this something Microsoft is considering to implement for Timeline control as well in the new future?

    Outlook Eligibility List

    The Outlook Eligibility List is only populated if a user's role has the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User enabled. It does not populate when the security group that a user belongs to has the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User app enabled. The user's role should reflect this permission that is being set at the Teams level so this feature can be used productively. Also the UI for this list only allows 4-5 users to be seen at a time. This is unuseable for 500+ users. Please expand the viewing capability of this list in the UI.

    Efficiency

    When a member of the public selects a department that they would like to deal with, all other departments should disappear from the screen. As person making the return calls to a member of the public, I find that there is too much time scrolling up and down the page to see the remarks or comments made if any and to see the name and contact number. For example if the public member selects Passport services, there is no need for me to see anything else related to Sin cards or employment insurance etc. I should be able to key in on what the public member said and their contact information all on one page without having to scroll up and down.

    OR condition in Connection queries

    Actually the "not in" condition doesn't work on Connection queries. In the following fetch, I would need to return all records that haven't none of the 3 ic_vocabulary (it's a custom entity), but it doesn't work.     Multiple users can move forward in Offer entity BFP stages one by one for the same record

    When multiple users (under 1 Team) have access to custom entity record 'Offer' and one of the users is going forward with the BPF stages, for example if first user draft the offer (1 stage) and sending the offer ( next stage of BPF) and after doing this another user who are also having access to the same offer record cannot see the changes without refreshing the page and so he can also move forward with same stages which ideally user should not move further but CRM allowing it to move forward.
